Led By Visionary Leadership

NM Consulting was founded by Nya Moses, a dynamic and mission-driven leader with over 17 years of experience in operations and project management across the construction and nonprofit sectors.

Nya holds a B.S. in Business Administration, a Certificate in Project Management, and a Master of Science in Management & Leadership. Her blend of academic training and real-world experience equips her to help organizations build with both strategy and sustainability.

Her passion for transforming communities and equipping mission-driven leaders is the driving force behind NM Consulting. She believes every organization, no matter its size, deserves a clear path forward and the right tools to thrive.
