Who We Are

Led By Visionary Leadership

NM Consulting was founded by Nya Moses, a dynamic and mission-driven leader with over 17 years of experience in operations and project management across the construction and nonprofit sectors.

Nya holds a B.S. in Business Administration, a Certificate in Project Management, and a Master of Science in Management & Leadership. Her blend of academic training and real-world experience equips her to help organizations build with both strategy and sustainability.

Her passion for transforming communities and equipping mission-driven leaders is the driving force behind NM Consulting. She believes every organization, no matter its size, deserves a clear path forward and the right tools to thrive.

The report highlights the significant achievements and community impact made throughout the year, showcasing the organization's dedication to its mission. NM Consulting ensured that the report was visually compelling and effectively communicated the client’s successes and ongoing commitment to their cause.

Program Development

The Black Founders' Network for Education Innovation Program Proposal, developed in August 2023, outlines a strategic initiative aimed at empowering Black educational leaders to drive transformative change within K-12 education. This program is designed to support innovative approaches that address systemic inequities, promote student success, and advance educational opportunities for underrepresented communities. Through professional development, mentorship, and community collaboration, the Network seeks to create a pipeline of Black founders equipped to establish sustainable and impactful educational models.

The magazine was designed to highlight key topics like business ethics and trustee engagement, appealing to the interests of the organization’s audience. As a result of the publication, the Alliance saw a significant increase in event participation and financial support, proving its effectiveness in fostering deeper engagement with supporters while promoting core ethical values.
